Virtue, Diligence, Brotherly Love

At Wright State University, we have a small Greek Life community that I am EXTREMELY thankful for. You will notice this by my other blog post. I am thankful for all of the Sororities and Fraternities on campus, but one Fraternity really sticks out to me. The men of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Sigma Phi Epsilon is one of the largest social fraternities in the United States in terms of current undergraduate membership and is well known on our campus.

During Greek Week 2015, Alpha Omicron Pi and Sigma Phi Epsilon was teamed up and life time friendships were formed. I got to meet some of my closest and greatest friends through SigEp and are members of SigEp.

So what does it mean to an outsider when a guy carries the SigEp name? It means that guys is going to change the idea and reputation of fraternities. They want to be successful, want to be genuine, and you can see that they want to be the best. I'm not saying that other Fraternities don't want these things...I'm just stating that it is visible in every aspect when you meet a SigEp. (or at least all of the guys I know)

These men never stop impressing me. They come out strong every year on their campus involvement and fundraisers. Most of their members hold high positions in Greek life and campus organizations. They are usually very friendly to all and very diverse. I am grateful every day for the SigEp guys that I can call friends because I know that they are some of the greatest guys I will meet on campus. Over time, I have come to know so much about some of them and love the guys of Ohio Pi.
