26 Shirts: Changing the Game
It has come to my attention recently of this realllllly great company and I wanted my readers to get a chance to visit it. The company is called 26 Shirts. The company was started just by a guy in Buffalo. "Now, Jen. Why in the world are you talking about a charity in Buffalo when we are in Ohio." Well, this guy basically sells shirts and donates the money to local families. He has been doing it for about 2 years and has expanded to Chicago and Pittsburgh and has raised over $200,000 total. He gives the money to a local family in need in that city/area. The exciting part all of this is that he is about to launch in Cincy and wants to get the word out about 26 shirts! He is also looking for families in need to connect with.
At 26 Shirts, they sell different limited edition sports-themed t-shirts every two weeks. After a shirt's respective two week run is over, the design is retired and never sold again. For every shirt sold, $8 is donated directly to a family in need.
