Snap Into A SlimJen: Okay, I'll eat...
Alrighty. So confession time.
I.Hate.Eating. It's such an inconvience for me. You know? I just...don't do it a lot. I hate eating in public, I hate other people buying me food, and I generally hate eating. I get it from my mom. It's been something I've been dealing with a lot lately. I told myself 2016 was my year to fix this, but so far it's not looking so good. Only 18 days into the year and I "forgot" to eat for 2 days already. There have also been days when I barely consume 500 calories. Yeah, I know it's not healthy. But it's a mind thing. I enjoy eating healthy and meal prep. I know how to eat healthy, I just choose not to eat most times. It's not because I'm "trying to lose weight" or "watching my figure." Nope, I just hate eating.
So this year, I'm gonna try to do something different. I'm gonna try to eat a minimum of 1 time per day and hope for 3. It's something I'm gonna ease myself into. Making sure I eat once a day and shooting for 3 times a day. So here is my plan.
-granola & yogurt for breakfast
-salmon & rice/quinoa for lunch (I usually do this anyway)
-dinner is whatever I want/family decides
No sweets, no juice, no pop, no gatorades, and alcohol only on the weekends. Sounds fair right? Ok. I had to blog about it in hopes someone will keep me accountable. Here's to 2016!
